Reception Package $900

Our reception package allows you to have the confidence that your event will be set up and styled to perfection, using a selection of hire items from our inventory. This package is simple and effective. One or two stylists for three hours on your event day.

Your choice of our styling props to the value of $250. Alternatively, a credit of $250 for e&e to source styling props of your choice.*

Venue visit to reception location to confirm your vision and full run through of layout.**

Delivery of hire items to your venue on your wedding day.**

Early arrival at reception venue to ensure the set up is perfect, liaise with venue staff.

3 consecutive service hours on the day to set-up and style decor your reception venue.***

Set up any additional items at the venue provided by bride/groom (does not include hanging flower, lighting).

On-the-day co-ordination of other vendors (Lighting, Florist, Cake Maker, Caterer etc).

One or two stylists included for on-the-day setup.***

**Travel within 20km of Adelaide CBD is included in this package. Additional travel for venue visit, wedding day and pack down will incur a surcharge.

Decor Hire

 

Elly & Elm Events have a collection of classic, modern, rustic and handcrafted items for hire for any event. We love sourcing hire decor so if there is an item you have in mind that is not listed in our hire inventory, we may be willing to source and purchase if possible, just ask us! Find our collection here or speak to one of our stylists about sourcing a bespoke piece for your event.

How to hire

Please browse our inventory and send your selection to us so we can respond with a quote.

Please note: There is a minimum hire of $100. All hire items are to be collected no earlier than the Wednesday prior to your event (unless otherwise negotiated) from a specified location. These items must be returned no later than the Tuesday following the event to the agreed location.

Wedding Day Set-Up  from $500

Have you sourced your decor and need assistance to set up and execute your plans perfectly on your wedding day? Elly & Elm Events will gladly put your vision into play by offering a set-up service of your own goods. You have 3 hours of our time on the day of your wedding to put our skills to whatever use you need. You decide!
